The article does not contain its products from other products.

Return items must be properly packaged and returned in their original condition.
It is the responsibility of the customer that the return shipment is offered to us in good order.
Always keep the shipping receipt and track & trace code until we have confirmed the return.
In the event that the package returned by you goes missing, we will always ask for your track & trace code.
Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse or exchange packages / items that are shipped without track & trace and do not arrive at our location.
